I love to go in the V&A to draw the sculptures. And I am often wondering how can the 'perfect body' view can change that much ? How would it be to sculpt a 2013's 'canon' body ? 

Contemporary art is often about the body, working with it; showing that body. But are we still trying to show a vision of a 'perfect body' or not at all ? Is the body, now, more a tool than a subject ?

Guess it is a huge question, isn't it ?

I would love to make a hyperrealistic sculpture of this grandpa' and put it in a huge soft toy hamburger ! I believe that one day maybe, I'll be able to do that !

The tube, this jungle.

So, a few days ago, I was in the tube. Going to Fulham, a lovely area. The District line is always so slow, it leaves me a lots of time to observe people. This day there were two girls, dressed with leopard print fabrics and trendy coats. Long browns hair, perfectly dressed. High heels, tower of the disaster. Make up and fake lashes, butterflies. Typical London girls riding the tube to Wimbledon. Nothing to attract my attention if it wasn't this huge gum they chewed with strength making the most annoying and disgusting noise ever. Saliva festival !

It has begun with sausages horses with sticks legs. It has been left on the side, but it is always here.

Drawing is one of my passion, I have no techniques, I am going where it leads me. And I love it. I would love to share my vision of the world around me. It is not meant to be true, it is another reality, on paper. I hope you will like your visit here, if so, gimme a thumb up.
